These Terms govern your use of the Hanging Spider Android app. By signing in you accept them.
1. Who we are
The app is operated by an individual developer. Contact: sandeepmt407@gmail.com.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 years or older to use the app.
- You play as an anonymous guest. No account or sign-in is required, and your progress is tied to the app installation on your device.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm points is not allowed and is grounds for suspension.
3. Points and levels
- Points are an in-game score. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, or any other real-world reward.
- Points are earned by winning games, watching optional rewarded ads, claiming the daily reward, and unlocking achievements. Simply leaving the app open earns nothing.
- The first three levels are open to everyone. Reaching a points target and finishing a round unlocks the next level. Unlocked levels stay unlocked.
- The daily reward grows with each consecutive day you play, up to day 7. Stars, achievements, streaks and leaderboard positions are for fun and have no cash value.
- Points and levels are non-transferable between accounts. They may be lost if your account is deleted, suspended, or if the service is discontinued.
4. Ads
The app shows ads via Google AdMob:
- Rewarded ads are always optional. You can choose to watch one for a bonus such as double points, a hint, extra time or a second chance, four hours of access to a locked level, doubling the daily reward, saving a streak, or the "2x rewards" boost.
- Banner ads may appear on menu screens such as Levels, Leaderboard and Missives, never while you are playing.
5. Fair play
You may not: modify the app, reverse-engineer it, use automation or bots, exploit bugs to gain points, or use multiple accounts to farm points. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do so, and reset their points and levels.
6. Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will announce material changes in the in-app Missives inbox where practical.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India, unless a mandatory law directs otherwise.
9. Word list credits
Word games in the app use word lists derived from SCOWL and the English Speller Database, Copyright 2000-2026 by Kevin Atkinson. Permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and sell any part of the English Speller Database (ESDB, previously known as SCOWLv2), or word lists created from it, is hereby granted without fee, provided that the above copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the above copyright notice and this notice appear in supporting documentation. Kevin Atkinson makes no representations about the suitability of this database for any purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty.
